Job Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive on-site SEO audits to identify areas for improvement and develop tailored optimization strategies.
• Perform keyword research and analysis to identify high-potential target keywords and phrases for website optimization.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, URLs, and other on-page elements to improve search engine visibility and user experience.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure optimized content production and integration of target keywords.
• Analyze website performance using SEO tools and Google Analytics to track rankings, organic traffic, and user behavior.
• Continuously monitor search engine algorithms and industry trends to implement proactive SEO strategies and stay ahead of the curve.
• Identify technical SEO issues and work closely with web developers to implement solutions and improve website performance.
• Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities and develop strategies to outrank competitors.
• Stay up to date with emerging SEO trends, industry best practices, and algorithm updates to optimize website performance effectively.
• Provide actionable SEO recommendations to clients and internal teams, highlighting opportunities for improvement and growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• *Proven experience as an On-Site SEO Specialist or similar role, with a strong track record of improving search engine rankings and organic traffic.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, algorithms, and best practices.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data to drive informed decision-making.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex SEO concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding innovative solutions.
