Job Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies that drive organic traffic growth, visibility, and ROI for clients.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.
• Optimize on-page and off-page elements to improve rankings and site performance.
• Work with content and development teams to ensure proper SEO implementation and technical SEO optimization.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and others.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
• Lead SEO initiatives and mentor junior team members.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring open communication, transparency, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with different departments to align strategies and achieve desired outcomes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level in both speaking and writing)
• Expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Deep understanding of programmatic SEO.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client management.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Experience in developing strategies for a range of industries is a plus.
