Campain Idea

We spotted a major gap in travel coverage: while countless articles rank the "best places to visit," no one was talking about how popular tourist destinations might be ruining travelers' sleep. By combining tourism data with wellness metrics, we created a first-of-its-kind study that revealed which famous vacation spots are actually nightmares for quality rest.

We combined five key metrics (noise, hotel reviews, air quality, crowds, and nightlife) to build a compelling data story.

Our Digital PR team noticed that house prices kept rising. We asked a simple question: Could building a home save more money than buying one? This led us to explore home construction costs. While housing market articles are everywhere, no one has looked at where building might be cheaper than buying.

The idea came to us while looking at how much home prices have jumped and wondering if building might be a better way to save money.
We noticed most housing articles talk about prices, but no one was comparing the actual costs of building versus buying homes in different states.
Our research connected two key trends: high home prices and the option of building your own house.
States Where Building a House is Better Than Buying One

Campaign Research

We analyzed data on U.S. states to discover where building a house becomes more affordable than buying one.

We analyzed 50 states through five critical financial lenses: house sale prices, land prices, architectural fees, construction costs, and utility expenses.
By combining these metrics into a unique "Home Building Affordability Index," we revealed which states offer the most financially advantageous path to homeownership.
Our data identified Hawaii as the top state for building a house rather than buying one, showcasing how high home prices can make construction a more attractive option.
