What you’ll do

As a Link Building Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of driving our clients’ online authority and visibility. You’ll research, prospect, and secure high-quality backlinks that strengthen SEO strategies and push rankings forward. Your role will be both analytical and creative — finding the right opportunities, building relationships, and delivering results.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Researching and identifying link-building opportunities across multiple industries
  • Conducting outreach to website owners, bloggers, and publishers to secure relevant backlinks
  • Building and maintaining relationships with partners and online communities
  • Monitoring backlink performance and reporting results to the SEO team
  • Staying up to date with Google’s link-building guidelines and industry best practices
  • Collaborating with on-site SEO specialists and content writers to create link-worthy content
  • Continuously seeking innovative ways to improve link acquisition strategies

Who we need

We’re after someone who enjoys the challenge of outreach, loves building connections, and takes pride in seeing rankings improve thanks to their efforts.

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • Experience with link-building, outreach, or digital PR campaigns
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills (written and verbal)
  • Good English proficiency (B2+ level, written and spoken)
  • Good research skills and the ability to find relevant link opportunities
  • A basic understanding of SEO principles and the importance of backlinks
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.) is a plus
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns at once
  • A results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently

Our Interview Process

At Loopex Digital, we follow a thorough and transparent hiring process designed to ensure a great fit for both you and the company. Here’s what to expect:

STEP 1
CV Screening
Our hiring manager carefully reviews your CV to assess how well your experience aligns with the role you’ve applied for. If any details need clarification, we may reach out by phone or email for additional information.
STEP 2
Interview with Hiring Manager
If shortlisted, you’ll receive an email to schedule a 30-minute interview. We’ll discuss your mindset, team dynamics, role expectations, and give you a chance to ask questions about the position and company culture.
STEP 3
Skills Assessment
Candidates who progress after the interview will receive a role-specific skills assignment. For junior or entry-level positions, we provide guidance and short training sessions to ensure you clearly understand the task before completing it.
STEP 4
Leadership Round
After successfully passing the assignment, you’ll be invited to a leadership interview. This stage includes evidence-based questions to assess your fit with Loopex’s values, culture, and long-term potential, while also discussing our vision and strategy.
