Liiton specializes in creating premium whiskey glassware and accessories. Their main products, like the Everest Whiskey Glass and Decanter Set, feature unique design and integrate functionality such as fast chilling technology without the need for ice or whiskey stones.
Goal
Liiton started as a new brand focused on premium whiskey glassware. We began working with them around the time their website launched, with the main goal of helping them rank for the keyword "crystal whiskey glasses." This was key to building their online visibility and attracting their target audience.
Solutions
Collection page optimization
We optimized Liiton's existing collection page to rank for the main keyword "crystal whiskey glasses" and created new category pages to target long-tail keywords. These pages both supported the main keyword and increased their reach to attract a broader audience searching for specific types of glassware.
Content Cluster Strategy
To further support the main keyword, we created a cluster of blog articles focused on various aspects of whiskey glasses. These articles provided valuable information for whiskey enthusiasts, covering topics like best whiskey gift ideas, best whiskey glasses, etc.
This strategy not only strengthened the relevance of the main keyword but also generated organic traffic by getting ranked with long-tail keywords and engaging readers with helpful content.
Link Building
We developed a strong link-building strategy to acquire backlinks from high-authority, relevant websites. They were mainly acquired from websites in the drinks, home, and kitchen niches, relevant to Liiton’s target audience. The average Domain Rating (DR) of those websites was 45.
As a result of this strategy, Liiton now has nearly 70 high-quality backlinks, which increased the website’s authority from 0 to 39.
Results
Our strategy focused on building topical authority around "whiskey glasses" by optimizing the main collection page for the primary keyword and creating category pages to target long-tail keywords. We also developed a cluster of informative blog articles around this topic.
These efforts helped improve rankings for both transactional and informational keywords. As a result, we successfully achieved top positions for most targeted keywords, driving 16K monthly organic visitors and strengthening Liiton's presence in the whiskey glassware niche.
