Goal
The primary objective for Puffy(Qwin) was to establish itself as a trusted leader in premium, lab-tested THC and THC-A products by increasing its organic presence and consumer awareness. The focus was on targeting relevant, high-intent keywords, both transactional and informational, to highlight their dedication to safety and innovation. Additionally, they relied on our expertise to migrate smoothly from Shopify to WordPress, keeping their existing SEO performance and user experience.

Our link-building initiatives focused on acquiring high-quality backlinks from relevant, industry-focused websites. We have secured 390 new backlinks through these targeted efforts with an average Domain Rating (DR) of 50. This improvement contributed to the improvement of Qwin/Puffy’s overall authority.
Results
By resolving technical SEO issues, targeting high-intent cannabis keywords, and optimizing product and category pages, Qwin/Puffy achieved measurable growth in online visibility. TThe Shopify-to-WordPress migration kept their existing authority while creating a base for future development.
Early successes were already visible, with increases in domain rating, organic traffic, and top-ranking keywords. Moving forward, we continue to work on the site structure, improve the user experience and monitor performance metrics to fully recover from the migration and keep the long-term growth in the competitive THC market.
When we began collaborating with Qwin/Puffy, monthly organic traffic was just 370. After implementing the Shopify-to-WordPress migration, optimizing collection/product pages, and improving on-site SEO, it reached 7,412 - a 1,902% increase from the starting point.

Through strategic content creation, on-page optimization, and the development of a silo site structure, this number has risen to 215 keywords—a 389% increase. This growth not only expanded the brand’s search visibility but also drove a significant increase in organic traffic, as more high-intent queries began directing users to the site.
